At Hilton, we are dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests, team members, and visitors. We are looking for a Security Supervisor who will play a vital role in ensuring safety while providing the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain continuous vigilance of hotel operations and premises.
  • Ensure compliance with all documentation and legal requirements related to security.
  • Recommend improvements in surveillance and fire systems.
  • Quickly and thoroughly review incidents to prevent future occurrences.
  • Train and supervise the Security Team, organizing work schedules and enforcing all policies.
  • Conduct regular briefings with the Security Team.

Qualifications:
  • Previous security experience, particularly in environments with high people volume.
  • Knowledge of fire, safety, and first aid protocols (valid certifications required).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong personal presentation.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous training experience with relevant qualifications.
