About the Role

Smart Creativity is seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position focuses on managing client relationships and driving sustainable sales growth through the delivery of tailored technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop client accounts, fostering strong, long-term strategic relationships.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Identify and attract potential clients, developing new business opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals and manage the full sales cycle to close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution implementation and delivery.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience in account management and client relationship development.
  • Substantial experience in customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • A minimum of 7 years of sales experience within the IT sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • A strong network and existing client base within the Western region of Saudi Arabia.
  • Demonstrated skills in client acquisition and business development.
  • Excellent communication abilities with both clients and internal teams.
  • High proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving.
  • Mandatory experience in IT solutions or the technology sector.
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Educational Background

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or any related field is required for this position.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah.
