Job description
Contacting current and potential customers by phone to promote products and services, completing sales transactions, and arranging visits regarding sales to achieve monthly sales targets.
Main duties and responsibilities
Making calls or receiving them from current and potential customers to promote certain products and services, completing sales transactions, contacting current customers to follow up with them, receiving their feedback on products and services, and trying to resolve any issues that may arise. Documenting transactions by filling out forms and registration records, and maintaining a database of calls, results, and actions taken. Arranging visits for sales representatives to promote and sell products and services. Securing customer orders via phone.
Achieving daily and monthly sales targets. • Submitting performance reports to the responsible supervisor. Job benefits: • Basic salary: 3000 SAR • Housing allowance: 700 SAR • Transportation allowance: 500 SAR • Total fixed: 4200 SAR • Commissions up to: 8000 SAR based on monthly performance • Expected salary in the first month: 7000 SAR (fixed + initial commissions) • Free training and experience certificate • Professional women’s work environment • Opportunities for job promotion.
