We are currently looking for dynamic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who want to advance their careers. As a Waiter / Waitress at Rotana Hotels, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to the hotel's performance manual.
• Greet and seat customers, serving them in a professional and personalized way.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist and advise guests.
• Monitor the quality of food & beverage being served consistently.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and service equipment.
• Prepare for service before, during, and after, ensuring minimal wastage and spoilage.
• Utilize up-selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage. Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-volume restaurant is preferred. A good command of English is essential along with significant interpersonal skills.
