As a Waiter / Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all necessary tasks to service Food & Beverage according to the hotel's performance standards.
  • Greet & seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet & personalized manner.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu to assist and advise guests.
  • Consistently monitor the quality of Food & Beverage being served.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and service equipment.
  • Prepare for all service operations before, during, and after the service.
  • Use up-selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Skills Required:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team.
  • Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards.
