As a key player in our dynamic retail environment, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Achieve set sales targets and expand our customer base by opening new outlets.
  • Provide comprehensive product information to customers and ensure good presentation of products.
  • Conduct regular visits to existing customers to maintain relationships and track product balances.
  • Collect dues and follow up on customer payments while maintaining accurate records.
  • Educate major sellers on our products and their selling techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Manage quotations, issue invoices, and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
  • Report any gaps in customer needs to management and analyze market competition.
  • Stay updated on new market products relevant to your field.
  • Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly report on market competition including pricing and customer engagement.
  • Maintain the company vehicle and ensure its upkeep.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven ability to meet sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of retail dynamics are essential. A proactive approach and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are keys to success in this role.
