As a key player in our dynamic retail environment, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Achieve set sales targets and expand our customer base by opening new outlets.
Provide comprehensive product information to customers and ensure good presentation of products.
Conduct regular visits to existing customers to maintain relationships and track product balances.
Collect dues and follow up on customer payments while maintaining accurate records.
Educate major sellers on our products and their selling techniques.
Communicate effectively with clients and respond promptly to inquiries.
Manage quotations, issue invoices, and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
Report any gaps in customer needs to management and analyze market competition.
Stay updated on new market products relevant to your field.
Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Regularly report on market competition including pricing and customer engagement.
Maintain the company vehicle and ensure its upkeep.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven ability to meet sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of retail dynamics are essential. A proactive approach and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are keys to success in this role.
