Preparing architectural designs for residential, commercial, and recreational projects in line with the company's directives. Developing conceptual plans, executive drawings, and architectural models. Coordinating work with other departments (structural, electrical, mechanical, and project management). Preparing preliminary feasibility studies in terms of optimal use of land and spaces. Reviewing designs submitted by consulting offices and matching them with local building codes. Supervising the design phases from the idea to handing over the executive drawings. Contributing to the selection of materials and finishes that match the budget and project quality. Supporting project management during the implementation phase regarding architectural details. Updating designs based on market variables and client requests or regulatory amendments. Experience of 3 to 7 years in the field of architectural design and/or real estate development. Previous experience working with real estate development companies or engineering consulting offices. Proficiency in using architectural design software such as: AutoCAD Revit SketchUp 3ds Max Lumion or Enscape. Ability to prepare executive drawings and preliminary and detailed designs. Familiarity with Saudi building code.
