We are seeking a HR Specialist who possesses strong organizational skills and a passion for developing a positive work environment. This role is vital in supporting daily HR operations and ensuring the efficient implementation of policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage all daily HR operations including recruitment, training, employee files, and payroll.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, terminations, and all legal HR operations.
- Coordinate recruitment processes: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication.
- Follow up on onboarding procedures for new employees and orientation programs.
- Manage attendance records, monitor leaves, and address policy violations.
- Support annual performance evaluations and regular goal tracking.
- Participate in developing HR policies and internal work regulations.
- Enhance company culture and improve employee experience.
- Communicate effectively with employees to resolve issues and provide administrative support.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and performance indicators.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR.
- Good knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS systems.
- High communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Able to problem-solve, make decisions, and work under pressure.
