Job Description: In this role as a cleaning and housekeeping supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating housekeeping activities in commercial facilities and achieving a high level of cleanliness and organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the service schedule, plan and prepare employee schedules.
  • Supervise employees while they perform their duties such as mopping, sweeping, and cleaning restrooms.
  • Encourage the implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Follow health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or high school education.
  • Two years of practical experience in the field.
  • Proficiency in Arabic (advanced) and English (intermediate).
