Position Summary:
The HR Officer will deliver a full range of HR services, focusing on employee relations and policy implementation while ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting our organization’s strategic goals through effective people management.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Ensure HR policies align with labor regulations.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends for management.
  • Oversee full cycle of payroll processes and manage external manpower mobilization.
  • Support annual performance reviews and PDP/PA cycles.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
