We are seeking a visionary and passionate Executive Pastry Chef to lead our pastry and bakery operations at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. In this senior role, you will report to the Executive Chef and oversee the creation, execution, and presentation of all pastry and bakery offerings across the hotel’s restaurants, banqueting, and in-room dining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the pastry team, managing daily operations across all outlets.
• Design and develop innovative pastry, bakery, and dessert menus reflecting the hotel's culinary vision.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all pastry items.
• Oversee production schedules, cost control, and waste reduction efforts.
• Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in all preparation areas.
• Collaborate with the F&B and banquet teams to deliver outstanding culinary experiences for events.
• Participate in talent development activities, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Support the hotel’s pre-opening activities, including kitchen setup and supplier coordination.

• Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef in luxury hotels or Michelin-caliber restaurants.
• A bachelor's degree or diploma in Culinary or Hospitality Management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a hands-on, inspiring approach.
• Deep understanding of classic and modern pastry techniques, showcasing attention to detail and creativity.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
• Ability to manage high-volume production while maintaining artisanal quality.

Join Hilton as a Pastry Chef!

As a Pastry Chef at Hilton, you will operate the pastry section of the kitchen to deliver an excellent guest and member experience while planning production and developing seasonal offerings. Your role is essential in ensuring quality and creativity throughout our dessert offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in running the pastry section of the kitchen.
• Ensure excellent quality throughout dessert offerings.
• Supervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation.
• Plan production to facilitate daily requirements.
• Develop appropriate seasonal menu offerings.
• Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.

What are we looking for?
To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 2 years as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef Experience with high volume food production.
• Strong supervisory skills and a creative approach to pastry.
• A current, valid, and relevant trade qualification (proof may be required).
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and exceptional grooming standards.
• Strong planning and organizing skills.
