At SETS KSA, we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of our outputs and services. As a Senior Quality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic plans aimed at ensuring high-quality standards across the organization and its affiliated units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement detailed plans and programs for enhancing quality.
  • Participate in setting operational goals and initiatives to ensure quality standards.
  • Review and develop quality control systems, procedures, and standards.
  • Supervise quality audits and controls.
  • Prepare and present reports to management regarding quality assurance initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest methodologies in quality systems.

Key Skills and Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 6 to 10 years of professional experience, including as a QA/QC Engineer for large projects.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Technical mastery of public sector quality regulations.
  • Teamwork and flexibility to adapt.
  • Leadership and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Certifications:
  • PMP from PMI.
  • ISO 90012015 Lead Quality Auditor.
  • Six Sigma certification.
