Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and advise customers in choosing from a variety of travel options.
  • Make reservations based on customer requirements and budget.
  • Check accommodation availability on customers' desired travel dates.
  • Help plan travel itineraries by suggesting local attractions.
  • Process payments and confirm details to customers.
  • Handle any issues arising from bookings and reservations.
  • Promote reservation services effectively.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding the reservation process.
  • Upsell additional services or packages when appropriate.
  • Support customers needing assistance with amendments or cancellations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma.
  • Preferred certifications: Certified Travel Associate (CTA) or Certified Travel Counselor (CTC).
  • Experience in sales or public relations within the hospitality or travel industries.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
  • Flexibility in working hours.

  • Guest Experience

    • Address concerns and provide solutions to maintain service quality standards.
    • Adhere to required Service Level Standards (SLS).

Knowledge & Experience
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Professional Certifications:
    HACCP Intermediate certification (required). Certification in Food Service Standards or related fields (preferred).
  • Experience:
    At least 1 year as a barista or in a similar café role. Mixology experience is an advantage. Familiarity with food service standards and guest service SOPs.
  • Strong guest engagement and communication abilities. Able to multitask in fast-paced environments; English required, Arabic preferred.
  • Physical Requirements:
    Ability to stand for long periods. No visual or auditory limitations that would affect job performance.
