Are you a dedicated professional with a passion for customer service? Novotel Madinah is seeking a Reservations Agent to enhance our team. Our hotel, located just steps from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, provides an ideal environment for both pilgrims and leisure travelers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle and process room reservations accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms.
  • Update, modify, and cancel reservations as required.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Promote hotel services and upsell where possible.
  • Monitor messages and booking requests from online travel agents.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and prepare daily reports.
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and professionalism.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
