Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies and plans in line with company objectives.
  • Manage purchasing processes and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and quality.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with suppliers and evaluate their performance periodically.
  • Supervise the procurement team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Prepare and analyze purchase orders, contracts, and supply agreements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with various departments to ensure material availability.
  • Prepare periodic procurement reports and submit them to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in procurement.
  • Experience in the contracting and construction sector.
  • Strong negotiation, contract, and supplier management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
  • Leadership, decision-making, and ability to work under pressure.
