Join NOVUMGEN as a Business Development Manager!
In this role, you will be key in shaping our business strategy and expanding our market presence in Saudi Arabia's pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to maximize growth.
  • Establish relationships and identify opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Conduct market research and analyze opportunities for new business.
  • Prepare updated portfolio trackers and communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage KPIs to drive sales and ensure compliance.
  • Participate in key account management and techno-commercial activities.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients.

Qualifications:
  • BSc / B Pharm / Science graduate / MBA in marketing preferred.
  • 6–10 years of experience in business development, particularly in pharmaceuticals.
  • Proven ability to develop market strategies and engage with industry stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity to operate at a global level.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
