Customer Service Employee Job
We at Meeras Contracting Projects Center are looking for a customer service specialist to join our team in Riyadh. We are committed to providing an excellent customer service experience for our contractors and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and follow up on customer and contractor inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Follow up on all projects registered on the platform and ensure they are progressing correctly.
  • Coordinate between the client and the contractor from the moment the order is registered until the project is completed.
  • Follow up on contractor requests (subscriptions, proposals, technical inquiries).
  • Manage client and contractor complaints and work on finding quick solutions.
  • Document all notes and requests in the system (CRM).
  • Submit periodic reports on active projects and client status.
  • Contribute to enhancing customer experience and building their trust in the platform.

Requirements:
  • Saudi nationality (preferred).
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or project management.
  • High communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers, Office programs, and Customer Management Systems (CRM).
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple parties at the same time.
