We at Al-Samaria Medical Company are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team and ensure the quality of services provided to customers. This role requires advanced skills in customer service, data analysis, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
  • Setting and defining performance and quality indicators in customer service.
  • Participating in developing and updating customer service procedures and manuals.
  • Developing programs to enhance the quality and professionalism of customer service systems.
  • Conducting necessary studies and analyses to improve performance.
  • Preparing specialized documents and reports.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • One year of practical experience.
Skills:
  • Advanced skills in customer service.
  • Ability to prepare reports and monitor performance.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
