Role Responsibilities:
  • Forward passport information of hotel guests on arrival day to the Police Department.
  • Collect passport copies from the designated area.
  • File passport copies daily and hand them over to the concierge.
  • Utilize computer and scanner to transmit necessary information.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services.
  • Handle data efficiently and ensure prompt completion of tasks.
  • Organize filing systems and regularly update cabinets as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
