We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to oversee the food and beverage operations at our luxurious resort. With a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service while maximizing profitability.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants and banqueting.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and support departments.
  • Maintain high service quality and hygiene standards.
  • Analyze performance metrics to maximize profitability.
  • Lead and mentor a multicultural team towards operational excellence.
  • Conduct training focused on guest experience and service culture.
  • Handle guest feedback effectively and ensure personalized service recovery.
  • Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams for unique dining concepts.
  • Manage departmental budgets and cost controls.
  • Champion sustainable practices in line with environmental commitments.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in F&B management in luxury hotels or resorts.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management.
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic is an asset.
