Join Rotana Hotels as a Food & Beverage Manager!
We are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals to organize and direct a team focused on developing top-quality food and beverage products, ensuring prompt, accurate, and personalized service.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee short and long term planning for food and beverage operations.
  • Manage operations in both front and back of house to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and guest service.
  • Coach, train, and manage employees within the hotel's structure.
  • Achieve budgeted revenues and maximize profitability in the food and beverage department.
  • Market outlets, develop menus, and manage promotions according to corporate guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with operations and legal regulations.

Qualifications:
- College/university degree required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Middle East.
- Must be computer literate with effective communication skills in English.
