As the Executive Chef, you will be accountable for the overall success of daily kitchen operations in Jabal Omar Marriott Hotel Makkah. You'll exhibit culinary talents by performing tasks personally while leading the staff and managing all food-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead kitchen management team and provide direction for daily operations.
  • Ensure food preparation areas maintain high standards of quality and sanitation.
  • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement guidelines for purchasing, receiving, and food storage.
  • Drive exceptional customer service and build positive guest relations.

Candidate Profile:
Education: High school diploma or GED; or a 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
Experience: 6 years in culinary management or food and beverage, or 4 years with a relevant degree.
