As our Hostess, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experiences by managing reservations and welcoming patrons to our esteemed restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the restaurant reservation system including taking reservations by phone, email, and in person.
  • Welcome and escort guests to their tables while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Support the F&B team in maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate policy and procedures.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Mandarin Oriental, representing our service excellence.

  • Minimum 5 years of finance experience in Saudi Arabia with knowledge of ZATCA VAT/WHT and relevant e-invoicing portals.
  • Strong systems experience with Oracle, SAP or MS Dynamics, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
