Join Bayut KSA as an HR Coordinator!
As a leading property portal in the Kingdom, Bayut is dedicated to connecting millions of users and offering them an exceptional online search experience. Your role as an HR Coordinator will support our HR Operations team in various administrative tasks and front desk functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding & New Joiner: Assist with induction workshops, prepare new joiner packs, and manage data administration of new joiner paperwork.
  • People Relationships: Support HR partnerships by addressing employee questions on policies, leaves, and compensation.
  • Offboarding: Prepare offboarding paperwork and facilitate processes.
  • Reporting & SLAs: Maintain BambooHR, manage employee files digitally, and oversee internal HR systems.
  • Miscellaneous: Handle travel administration, maintain medical insurance documents, and execute various administrative duties.

Requirements:
  • Graduate Degree of diploma in HR (optional)
  • 0-1 years of experience in HR function
  • 0-1 years of administrative experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Able to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
  • Highly motivated and proactive
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work requirements effectively
