Ninja is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our human resources team in various administrative and operational functions. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in HR by gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR documentation, ensuring that employee records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Operations tasks, including payroll, letters, probation periods and contracts
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Provide support in employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters and assist in resolving any issues
  • Prepare reports and maintain HR metrics for internal tracking and analysis

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
