Job Purpose
As a Senior Maintenance Technician at PepsiCo, you will execute assigned tasks and work orders related to various electrical and controls maintenance. Your role is crucial in ensuring that engineering works are completed safely, effectively, and within given timeframes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow PepsiCo ways to maintain line availability and equipment readiness.
  • Prepare daily shift reports and shutdown activity reports.
  • Understand automated equipment’s operational methodologies.
  • Handle precious tools and systems with diligence.
  • Maintain and implement food safety and quality standards.
  • Execute maintenance schedules to ensure all plant equipment meets engineering standards.
  • Identify root causes of major and recurring issues.
  • Participate in safety and improvement initiatives related to environment, health, and safety.

Qualifications
  • Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Electrical & Instrumentation.
  • Experience with LT & MCC, feeder panels, control panels, and troubleshooting equipment.
  • Ability to read and write electrical and control drawings.
  • Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and instrumentation.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with QFS systems and EHS policies.

  • Perform daily parameters reading and monitoring.
  • Identify opportunities for improving production processes.
  • Support the execution of the site Maintenance and Reliability Strategy.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering, coupled with a hands-on experience in electrical equipment troubleshooting, PLC, SCADA, and instrumentation controls. Familiarity with electrical safety standards, maintenance planning, and basic EHS systems is essential.

Experience:
At least 2 years of industrial experience is preferred. Desired competencies include being an analytical thinker, problem-solving ability, excellent collaboration, and communication skills.
