Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships by ensuring quality service and proactive communication regarding job status.
  • Accurately report work performed in real-time, ensuring data accuracy for optimal customer notifications.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers and end-users, demonstrating an Ambassador attitude.
  • Ensure equipment safety and operational performance on-site.
  • Identify and communicate site risks promptly, taking necessary actions for safety.
  • Handle service operations including planned maintenance, callouts, and unplanned service repairs, adhering to quality standards and schedules.
  • Plan workload effectively in collaboration with the service supervisor.
  • Contribute to product and safety improvements through feedback.

Are you the one?
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A diploma or high school education in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant fields.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with a multi-nationality team.
