Role Overview:
As a Production Engineer, your responsibilities include assisting the Production Manager in various activities, coordinating with Blending and Filing leaders, and interfacing with project contractors and quality teams. You will be crucial for ensuring adherence to the QHSE policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all operational requirements align with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
  • Maintain emergency response systems and report incidents and hazards.
  • Oversee the completion of drum filling and packing processes remain compliant with manufacturing protocols.
  • Monitor quarantine inventory and assist the Production Manager in conducting regular audits.
  • Train and develop operational skills of staff ensuring a productive work environment.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in production or supply chain roles.
  • Strong command of English and experience with OEE analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with lubricant processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
