About the Job:
As a Senior Operations Manager at FNRCO, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, planning, and delivery decisions across projects. Your expertise will ensure that operations are viable, resilient, and fit for purpose from the initial master planning stage through to activation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate operational requirements into master plans, infrastructure, and asset design.
  • Define operational considerations, requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria for DMP and master-plan submissions.
  • Review and challenge the operability of design frameworks and ensure they meet operational requirements.
  • Recommend design proposals that enhance operational readiness and efficiency.
  • Ensure master plans consider unique conditions in Makkah, including peak volumes and user profiles.
  • Prepare client briefings, readiness dashboards, and governance reports to support executive decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to align with client expectations.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering disciplines.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a diverse workforce, building a pipeline of talent capable of meeting high-growth targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Mandatory Experience: Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience specifically within an International QSR Chain (*, McDonald’s, KFC, Burger King, Texas Chicken, etc.).
  • Franchise Expertise: Deep understanding of international franchise operating systems, audit requirements, and brand compliance.
  • Skills: Mastery of QSR unit economics, P&L management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or Restaurant Management.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).
  • Location: based in or willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
