Learn To B HR Consultancy is seeking a talented Pastry Chef to manage the pastry section of our kitchen. This role involves collaborating with executive and sous chefs to create delightful pastries and baked goods that not only satisfy but also entertain our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and manage the pastry section of the kitchen.
  • Prepare ingredients and handle baking equipment efficiently.
  • Create pastries and confections by following set recipes.
  • Develop new recipes for seasonal menus, ensuring variety and creativity.
  • Decorate pastries and desserts for appealing presentations.
  • Meet with customers to design custom-made pastries for special events like weddings.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels of baking ingredients, and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in the kitchen.
  • Supervise and train staff members as required.
