• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management, preferred.
