Ninja is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a welcoming demeanor to create a positive first impression while effectively managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and courteous reception experience
  • Coordinate internal company events and activities
  • Assist employees with basic administrative support
  • Handle and coordinate with suppliers and service providers
  • Support office operations and help with general office tasks
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • High school diploma or Bachelor degree in business Administration or related field
