Join SSCL as a Receptionist!
We are looking for an organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Saudi Services Company Ltd. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our organization and play a vital role in connecting our clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Make outgoing calls as required by management.
  • Record and relay messages accurately when recipients are unavailable.
  • Provide general information to callers regarding the organization and its services.
  • Maintain a log of calls and update contact lists regularly.
  • Handle caller inquiries politely and professionally.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all communications.

Education & Experience:
  • Education: High school and above.
  • Experience: 2 - 4 years.
  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Basic computer skills are a plus.
