Role Summary:
The Tamheer Receptionist will greet and direct patients and visitors, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and carry out clerical tasks. The reception area must always remain tidy and welcoming, while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting administrative needs.

About the Role:

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
