Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain clean, attractive, and well-stocked retail displays.
  • Monitor Guest Service results and make improvements as needed.
  • Send daily confirmation letters to guests with details of their requested services.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all well-being services and departments, promoting offerings to guests.
  • Notify management of any guest complaints promptly.
  • Stay updated with local and international trends in beauty and wellness.
  • Achieve sales targets as set by the manager.
  • Assist in preparing revenue reports and stock counting.
  • Support new team members with departmental orientation.

Qualifications:
Successful candidates will possess a high school diploma or higher qualification, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
