Job Responsibilities:
  • Register and process check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Update guest information accurately into the system.
  • Handle cashiering duties including foreign exchange transactions and night audits.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to all guest inquiries and requests.
  • Resolve guest complaints in a timely manner.
  • Issue room key cards, ensuring guest security.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
  • Communicate effectively with the next shift for seamless operations.

Qualifications:
  • University Degree in Hotel Management.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a similar role at a star hotel.
