Guest Reception & Support: Greet guests with care, manage bookings, and ensure a pleasant check-in/check-out experience.
Operational Support & Flexibility: Maintain cleanliness and organization, coordinate with teams, and adapt to operational needs.
Guest Engagement & Experience Enhancement: Foster personalized relationships and guide guests towards meaningful experiences.
Safety, Cultural Sensitivity & Environment: Ensure operations follow health protocols and maintain a respectful environment.
Cashiering & Reporting: Handle transactions accurately and assist with inventory management.
Upselling, Retail & Revenue Contribution: Promote services and products, contributing to overall revenue goals.
Team Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with various teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a wellness or luxury hospitality setting.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting procedures.
Proficiency in English, with Arabic being a plus.
Experience in upselling services or retail preferred.
