Join Our Team as a Regional Sales Manager at Johnson Controls!

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be a key member of our Fire Detection team, reporting directly to the MEA Sales Director. Located in Riyadh, you will drive sales and market growth for our Simplex Fire Detection products in the Central region of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage Partner channels to generate new accounts.
  • Drive business growth by establishing long-term relationships with end users, developers, partners, and consultants.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Network and visit clients to generate interest and craft tailored pitches.
  • Collaborate with contractors and consultants to offer competitive technical solutions.

Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of sales experience in Fire Detection.
  • Proven ability to generate new business using existing networks.
  • Experience in executing push & pull sales activities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% within Saudi Arabia.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of VAT, ZATCA regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and accuracy.
  • Able to manage accounts for multiple branches efficiently.
