Join our team as a Reservations Specialist at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts!
As a key member of our guest services team, you will consistently offer exceptional, friendly, and engaging service that ensures an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Maximize revenue through upselling and providing the best selection for guests.
  • Update reservations and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries promptly.
  • Assist guests with hotel facilities in a friendly and informative manner.
  • Take ownership of guest requests and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Follow departmental policies and procedures while maintaining service standards.
  • Recommend property facilities and assist guests with special requests.
  • Manage room reservation requests and update accurate information in the system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications.
  • Team player with a focus on guest needs, maintaining a calm and courteous disposition.
  • Guest-focused personality with previous experience being an asset.
  • Preferred familiarity with Opera or similar systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
