Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emails within 24 hours and prioritize urgent inquiries.
  • Answer calls promptly and professionally, adhering to IFH & LQA standards.
  • Gather and update guest details in our Opera system accurately.
  • Communicate last-minute changes effectively to relevant departments.

Candidate Profile:
Essential:
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
Desired:
  • Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
  • Previous roles in reservations will be highly regarded.
