Join CBS Comprehensive Business Services as an HSE Manager!
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive individual to lead our commitment to maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HSE policies, programs, and procedures to promote a culture of safety.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Prepare and deliver HSE training sessions for employees and leadership teams.
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead incident investigation processes, ensuring root causes are identified, analyzed, and addressed.
  • Stay abreast of new regulations, industry trends, and best practices in HSE management.
  • Collaborate with project teams and external stakeholders to ensure HSE requirements are integrated into all operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct effective risk assessments.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to drive safety initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to report and present HSE information.
  • Certification in HSE management (*, NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001) is preferred.
