Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? ليدار is seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to join our team in Makkah. In this role, you will be responsible for selling residential units, primarily focusing on off-plan sales in collaboration with the National Housing Company (NHC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell residential units through the off-plan sales system and housing projects.
  • Provide expert real estate consultations to assist clients in selecting the ideal unit.
  • Manage and follow up with potential clients, converting leads into actual buyers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
  • Participate in campaigns, exhibitions, and real estate events to promote projects.
  • Stay updated with NHC projects and communicate them clearly to clients.
  • Document all sales transactions according to official regulations and policies.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven experience in off-plan sales.
  • Previous experience with NHC projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
