Carrier, a leader in HVAC solutions, is seeking a skilled Senior Sales Engineer for our VRF products. This role is vital in driving VRF business growth in Mecca, Makkah, and involves developing strong customer relationships and identifying new project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for VRF solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from engagement to order closing.
  • Build relationships with consultants and key clients to promote Carrier VRF solutions.
  • Prepare and align technical and commercial proposals with client requirements.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure project specifications compliance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide sales forecasts.
  • Support marketing campaigns and client presentations.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5–8 years of sales experience in HVAC, preferably with VRF systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and project sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

  • Complete any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sales or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales operations within a construction or engineering environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
