Your responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of active channel partners, including IT resellers and software distributors
• Conduct regular visits to partner locations to understand and address their challenges
• Support joint sales activities with partners and their end clients
• Onboard new partners into our network
• Develop roadmaps with partners to drive performance and growth

What you’ll need:

• 2–7 years of experience in channel, partner, or reseller sales — preferably within software or IT environments
• Fluency in Arabic
• Solid understanding of the Saudi SME market
• Bachelor's degree
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia

Position Overview
As an Area Sales Manager based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will provide full leadership and strategic oversight of the assigned area. This role is accountable for delivering sales growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. You will achieve commercial targets, strengthen client relationships, and develop a high-performing team capable of supporting long-term business success.

Key Accountabilities

• Sales & Commercial Management:
  • Develop and execute the area commercial strategy, aligned with the company’s global direction.
  • Set annual sales targets for the area and lead the execution of the sales strategy across all channels.
  • Manage and grow large/key accounts while negotiating agreements and improving profitability.
  • Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Conduct performance reviews against targets and prepare sales and performance reports for the General Manager.
• Operational:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, logistics, and customer service ensuring high service quality.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting to support production and stock availability.
• Financial Management:
  • Achieve all financial KPIs of the area, including Sales, Gross Margin, and EBITDA.
  • Monitor the area’s P&L drivers and support actions to improve profitability.
• Leadership & People Development:
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the area team to peak performance.
  • Identify skill gaps and ensure continuous development through coaching and training.

Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, or related field with 10+ years’ work experience in the F&B sector and at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Job Brief
Responsible for supporting the development of the grain storage (silo) market by building and maintaining customer relationships, developing marketing channels, and identifying new business opportunities. The role assists in preparing project quotations, tracking contract execution, supporting project delivery and receivables collection, and contributing to marketing activities that enhance the company's brand presence in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with national representatives to develop the silo market and maintain the daily relationship between customers.
• Cooperate with national representatives to develop and maintain silo marketing channels, including agents, customer visits, industry consultants, government and other marketing channels to explore business opportunities.
• Assist national representatives to track silo clue business opportunities, provide customers with project quotations and track the completion of new signatures.
• Assist in following up the progress of contract performance, provide service support to customers, and complete the collection of receivables.
• Assist in planning silo market activities, such as media publicity, exhibitions, training meetings, observation meetings, etc., to enhance the brand influence of the Company in the region.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in food engineering, mechanical design and manufacturing automation, marketing, or international trade.
• 5+ years of experience in grain storage or related industries, with understanding of silo processing.
• Demonstrated customer relationships with Saudi Arabian agriculture and animal husbandry clients and sales capabilities for silo projects, with strong local market knowledge; government relations preferred.
• Experience in agriculture and animal husbandry/silo factory production management/oil and fat project sales.
• Target Companies: Silo/agriculture-related companies (Agi-Frame, GSI, Buhler, etc.); Experience with large or medium-sized silo factories or silo engineering companies preferred.
