Join Hilton as a Sales Manager
At Hilton, we invite you to join us as a Sales Manager, where you will play a vital role in developing strategies to maintain our hotel as a leader in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads.
  • Develop customer accounts and drive business into our hotel to increase market share across all revenue streams.
  • Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients and prepare contracts.
  • Implement creative local marketing channels, including social media.
  • Cooperate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and build strong sales programs.
  • Attend sales events and produce timely reports for management.
  • Supervise staff performance and manage recruitment and training.

What We're Looking For:
A successful Sales Manager should demonstrate:
