We are looking for a motivated Saudi National to support our Sales & Marketing team at Sheraton Jeddah Hotel. In this role, you will take on vital responsibilities including:
  • Performing general office duties such as filing, sending emails, typing, and copying.
  • Preparing sales-related documents throughout the sales process, including proposals and contracts.
  • Promoting the brand image both internally and externally.
  • Gathering materials and assembling information packages for promotional purposes.
  • Using effective sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
  • Interacting with guests to answer queries regarding property facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members and guests.
  • Assist with various tasks related to guest services and sales support.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or *** equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No specific license or certification needed.
