At GymNation, we are dedicated to transforming the fitness landscape by making gym access more engaging and exciting for everyone. As a Sales Agent, your primary role will involve driving new member acquisition while maintaining exemplary customer service to foster member retention and referrals.

The Role:
  • Achieve and exceed membership targets set by central support.
  • Meet all sales KPIs assigned by central support.
  • Manage sales mix and yield management effectively.
  • Participate in creating and implementing marketing tactics to boost inquiries and foot traffic.
  • Develop corporate relationships for partnership opportunities.
  • Perform reception duties during busy hours as necessary.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through ongoing member engagement.
  • Maximize secondary revenue opportunities.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding health and safety.
  • Maintain GymNation's brand standards at all times.

The Candidate:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Charismatic with the confidence to build relationships leading to sales.
  • Able to take initiative and work independently.
  • Comfortable in a competitive yet supportive environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with proficiency in online sales software.
  • A background in health and fitness sales is not required.
