Join Our Team as a Software Sales Specialist!
At Taj HR, we are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Software Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our innovative software solutions to businesses across various sectors. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, building relationships, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and promote Microsoft solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, licensing) to SMB customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Identify and develop new SMB business opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable software and security solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams.

Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in software or IT sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Good understanding of security solutions.
  • Arabic speaker is mandatory (English is a plus).
  • Currently based in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target driven.
  • Immediate hiring.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
  • A valid Saudi driving license.
