Role Overview
M Square Agency is seeking a Sales Specialist for a full-time, hybrid role. This position is based in Jeddah, with the flexibility to work remotely for a portion of the week. The core focus of this role is to identify and develop new business opportunities, cultivate existing client relationships, and promote the agency’s digital and creative services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales meetings and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Prepare sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Follow up on leads to effectively close deals.
- Collaborate with account managers and the creative team to align client requirements with service offerings and ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records and manage sales pipelines.
- Forecast revenue projections.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes.
- Provide occasional client training on the agency's offered solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven sales experience, with a track record in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, or agency services is highly beneficial.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong Communication Skills: Including clear presentation abilities and professional correspondence.
- Customer Service Skills: To manage inquiries, build trust, and support long-term client relationships.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Organizational Skills: Including strong CRM skills for tracking pipelines, reporting results, and forecasting.
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, managing time and priorities between on-site and remote work.
- Training and Sales Management Aptitude: Capacity to guide clients and support internal sales processes.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Jeddah and Makkah. The role offers flexibility with a portion of the work week being remote.
