Job Purpose:
The Sales Specialist will lead merchandising efforts in designated outlets, ensuring optimal product visibility and performance. You will be responsible for analyzing sales data and collaborating with the management team to enhance product displays and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor specific outlet performance per daily journey plan.
  • Merchandize products within your outlets, ensuring proper placement and visibility.
  • Manage and motivate the Merchandisers team to achieve performance goals.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and events.
  • Maintain a clean and fresh stock of products on display.
  • Report on competitive activities and market trends.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess management experience with direct sales teams, demonstrate strong service orientation, and have excellent communication skills.
