Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing and reviewing daily entries and general accounts.
  • Monitoring customer and supplier accounts and bank reconciliations.
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Following up on VAT, zakat, and regulatory obligations.
  • Supervising the closing of financial periods and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Supporting the financial manager in financial analysis, cost monitoring, and cash flows.
  • Ensuring the application of financial policies and accounting procedures within the Odoo system.
  • Coordinating with sales, procurement, warehouse, and operations to ensure the accuracy of the financial and document cycle.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with appropriate supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in using the Odoo system or similar ERP systems.
  • Good knowledge of zakat, VAT, and financial reports.
  • High accuracy in auditing and analysis.
  • Ability to organize work, lead a team, and close tasks on time.
  • Experience in the food, retail, trade, or distribution sectors is preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Leading and organizing the financial team.
  • Financial analysis and precise review of numbers.
  • Strong understanding of the documentation cycle, inventory, procurement, and sales.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting software.
  • Commitment, confidentiality, and accountability.
